First, heal the infection, then deal with the warts. Depending on how large they are, you can use several things. For small ones, old adhesive tape or clear nail polish will smother them. Apply polish daily for about 2 weeks. Leave tape on for about 10 day. Don't peek! Peel off and the wart painlessly comes off on the adhesive tape. For larger ones get the freeze away treatment from the drug store. It freezes them off right away. Otherwise, you can have a doctor freeze them off. What's the best way for my little brother to get ride of those warts on his side?
If the spots have gotten really infected you should take him into the emergency room.
These are some of the signs to look for in an infection:
1) Warmness around the site of the wart
2) Red Streaks
3) Pain in around the area
4) Pus or discharge coming from the site.
If you notice any of the above symptoms, or none at all, I would still bring him into the ER for some treatment on it, as they can show you how to clean it properly.
go to your doctor.he has the best answer for that.
