i need to get my boddy better in 6 days.
I have prom coming up on May 10 and i have too look great.
i need to get rid of the fat on in my back and my stomach.
or just tone it up a bit.
also i need to get better looking arms without using equiptment and the fat where my arms come together with my body.
PLEASE help me.

I would try two 30-45 minute cardio sessions a day, but nothing too rough fast walking even- just enough to keep your metabolism high. You don't want to injure yourself right before prom. Then try doing pushups, squats, stomach crunches, back raises, obliques, and dips from a kitchen chair or something. Pictures would be available if you google them.
Keep your foods very healthy (no junk food! no sugars! no artificial sweeteners either!). Water, water, water! A daily multi-vitamin. Any kind of lean cuts of protein (low-fat milks %26amp; cheese, grilled chicken, tofu, beans, egg), whole wheat breads and pastas and fruits/ veggies. At least 1200 calories a day - possibly even more. Doing a lot of exercise will mean your body will be working overtime to rebuild your muscle. Don't sell it short by not providing enough protein. A vegetable omlet, a whole wheat sandwich with carrotts and a piece of fruit, cheese and crackers and grilled chicken with a tossed salad all come to my mind as healthy foods to eat over the course of a day, but there are a ton of them out there.

you have to exercise and eat right and 6 days won't do it. it didn't come on in 6 days and it won't come off in 6 days.you have to use exercise equipment to do it .that is the way to tighten up the muscles.you can do it.wear a dress a little bit larger than you need and people won't notice the extra weight. i've done this before .it works.you can still look great! good luck.god bless.
you got to run. when i mean run, i mean you got to keep running. Wear a sweat suit, it will help loose some weight and it collects all the seat(fill up with alotof sweat).
Then you got to try and do some sit ups. You need a few weeks for this. Well if your not that fat then you can pull it off.
to lose weight in 6 days is very unhealthy the only way would be to exercise the sh*t out of yourself with crunches, swimming, and running and hardly eat anything
but thats VERY unhealthy and i DO NOT reccomend it
so dont do it.
get a liposuction. it's the only way in 6 (?!) days. it's clearly too late for work out. even starving wouldn't help you now (not like i suggest that.).
You're being a bit unrealistic :)
Swimming is very good for toning though =]
