I am 5'2 and 130lbs. i want to be.... maybe idk but i want to lose weight. can you plz help me?How do i get ride of unwanted weight?
okay well 1st off if ur gonna wanna stay in shape %26amp; look good 4ever. then u gotta keep workin @ it basically 4ever.. if u get in shape then say okay i look good %26amp; stop then u basically end up lookin worse then u did b4.. so staying in shape is basically a long term commitment..
%26amp; diets do not work no matter wut any1 says... cuz u just gain it rite back when u stop..
so basically
(eating)
-eat healthy
-porportion your meals
-eat 5 small meals a day
-(yes its actually better to eat, than 2 starve yourself)
-(studies show that pple that eat breakfast everyday tend 2 b thinner %26amp; healther than pple that dont.)
-basically just drink lots of water.. water is absolutely the best thing u can drink.
-(if u do) stop drinking soda/caffiene/sugery stuff....
-Excercising-
-u need to start gradually or else youll hurt urself..
so start off like jogging/powerwalking about 20min. every other day or so (like 3-4 xs a week)
-for toning, (i use stuff outta magazines %26amp; dvds) i no its kinda funny but it Works. %26amp; for cheap... (i cant afford those monthly gym passes)
-but after you can do the jogging witout getting extremely exhausted then u can do a little more... so do it for 30min. then 40min. then u can start running.. %26amp; like 5xs a week instead..
-basically dont go overboard %26amp; try to do 2 much that ur body wont b able to handle it.
%26amp; i no i said stop doin certain things, %26amp; eat healthy... but even i give myself sumthin yummy to eat.. just dont eat a lot of eat, and not so often.
btw. im 5'1'; and 100lbs @ my goal wieght :)
%26amp; im a healthy wieght for my height and age...
so a healthy wieght for u mite b around.. 108ish...
i guess u can make ur goal to about 110. %26amp; ull probly feel good :)

the weather is awesome for the above activities.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
cut out all sugary foods (junk food, chocolate, pop, fast food)
and you should loose it in no time.
cardio , n drink alot of water , like 6 bottles a day , dont eat alot of carbs enless you can work them off
Diet and exercise. There are no magic pills or formulas.
