Im tired of this stomach fat and is trying toget flat abs. Im currently doing situps but it feels like it aint working.HELP!Is there any good excersises to get ride of that stomach?
you can't spot reduce fat.
exercising the abdominals will make them stronger but it has no effect on fat loss in the mid-section.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. Special diets are hardly conducive to long terms sustenance.
the thing is doing just sit ups wont make you all that much skinnier.. itll help but your stomach will go down when ALL of your body is being toned... basically you must exercise overall.. and not just do sit ups... jog as well lift if thats your thing but you must do more

this is a great ab workout but like the post before mine. You can't just do stomach workouts to lose weight. It will tighten the muscles BELOW the weight/belly. Until you lose that extra weight, it won't really do you much. Do as much cardio as you can everytime you work out. Cardio is honestly the secret key to trimming your waist, although this ab workout i'm sure helps wonders :)
4 minutes abs=
30 seconds of each exercise non=stop.
do not put your head down, you can use your arms to help hold your neck if you get tired (trust me you will)
1. normal crunches for 30 seconds
2. leg lifts (put feet together hold 6inches abve ground, then lift to a 90 degree angle and back down to 6 inches. repeat for 30 seconds.
3. scissor kicks. switch kicking legs up and down for 30 second
4. sit in crunch and twist from side to side, moving legs in bicycle motion for 30 seconds
5. bicycle move, pump legs like your riding a bike. giant circles basically for 30 seconds
6. v sits= put legs together in a 90 degree box in air, then seperate and make v with legs and pull your body up through it then back down. repeat. dont let head touch ground. for 30 seconds
7. normal crunches for 30 seconds
8. sit in crunch then do twisting motion again (or choose one of the others to do again) for 30 seconds
extremely hard, first time i did it i only went 3 minutes.
but dont give up, you can feel your stomach working =)
