How do i get ride of the fat on my upper arms??

I'm not at all fat, but the top of my arms are big and out of perportion, help me out??!How do i get ride of the fat on my upper arms??
If you use light weights then you will tone up your arms without getting bulky and too muscly. you still need the weight to be heavy enough though. if you don't ache a bit the day after doing the exercises then it's too easy. The muscles need to feel like they have worked!





Hard to describe what to do by text but you need to try and do bicep curls. Also hold weights straight out in front of you at shoulder height (palms down) and lower and raise arms from body to should height. Also, lean forward and hold your weight behind you with your arm bent. Straighten the arm out behind you and you'll feel your tricep (the back of your arm) working. try to flex your arm behind you and get it as far back as you can (great exercise for bingo wings).How do i get ride of the fat on my upper arms??
Do exercises to tone your arms and core. Modify your diet so you are eating healthful foods. Do Cardio at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes.


The way you get rid of fat is to do lots of cardio ,eat healthfully and build muscle (b/c muscle burns more calories than fat!)

You can exercise your upper arms with a variety of exercises but contrary to popular belief, you can't ';spot reduce';. Exercising your arms, as silly as it may sound, may not actually rid you of fat on your arms. It will build and define the muscles there but there are no guarantees.
