How to get ride of wingworms on 1 year old?

I have been fighting with wingworms on my little girl for about 3 months now. I took her to the pedi and they gave me cream and antibiotics by mouth. THEY ARE ONLY ON HER BUTT AND TOP BACK PART OF LEGS. I do not understand why they want go away- I keep a VERY clean house and no pets! Any suggestions anyone? If you plan on leaving some rude inmature comment then DONT waste your time! Thanks everyone else! How to get ride of wingworms on 1 year old?
Bmac is right on the money. It's called ringworm, but it's just a fungal infection. No animals involved here. OTC Lotrimin. That's what you need buy it and use it. It works. How to get ride of wingworms on 1 year old?
Ringworm?

Ringworm is a fungus and you need an anti-fungal to treat it. Antibiotics won't do anything for it unless there is a bacterial infection in the ringworm site.

Go to the store and get some Lotrimin. Yes, it's usually for ';jock itch'; and athlete's foot, but it IS an anti-fungal and WILL treat ringworm. HONEST!

the only think i can think of is an OTC medication that you can get for fugal infections. Unless you want to go back to the doctor. They should have gone away by now. Just to let you know its Ringworm.....Lol....good luck.
ringworm is right contagious, can spread from animal from people.and this is too common particularly to children.her are some way to get rid ringworm.

1.start taking the over-counter treatment immediately.like buying some anti fungal drug treatment.

2.wash daily.do not use a towel coz thats a great way to spread ringworm all over the body.

3.change clouth daily as well.
In addition to anti-fungal creams, make sure you do not aggravate the problem by drying out the skin by washing the infected areas with soap. Use a gentle cleanser like Dove or Nutrogena. Also, if there's any way to reduce moisture in the infected areas- that would help. If she still needs diapers, try to minimize the amount of time she spends in the diapers, or maybe cut a few slits into the plastic high up on the diaper so it can release moisture.
