How do I get ride of widescreen on a downloaded movie?

I downloaded ';Pulp Fiction'; from Bittorrent the other day, and I need to put it on my iPod, but the screen is so small with widescreen. I'm really annoyed, please help.How do I get ride of widescreen on a downloaded movie?
i like to use the program called free video converter by kyote. Its great since it converts tons of different types of videos. If you want to get rid of those widescreen bars, the actors on the screen will look slightly odd but its still doable.





Get Free Video Converter by Kyote and under the settings, choose iPod and make sure the aspect ratio is in 4:3 and then just hit convert. The new video will not have the bars in it anymore.
