I am in Track and I am starting to get in shape, and it is a painful process, my legs are killing me and it hurts to walk, what should I do to relieve this quickly and prevent it? Thanks!How to get ride of muscle pain after working out?

Get yourself some Epson Salts and have a long warm bath with them. It will help, I swear by the salts.





You are defo not stretching enough before and after your workouts. In about 48hrs your muscle will feel much better. Make sure you get lots of rest tonight, as your muscles of course heal only at rest.
