they're common dude... there is nothing you can do to get rid of them, mostly they fade away over time... read up on the wiki link i set you up with ;-)

Just relax. They are there and will stay there forever. That's the case with everyone else, too. Your daily shower and a scrub with soapy water will maintain everything in good nick.
