I have a hug pimple break out on my forehead and nose.
I have oily skin and take showers everyday.

Clean %26amp; Clear deep cleaning astringent with salicylic acid acne medication. It's the bottle that has the orangeish pink color astringent in it with 2.0% salicylic acid. My daughter had really bad acne and swears by this stuff. I've seen a break-out practically disappear overnight when this stuff is used. It's also very affordable at under $5. If you don't want to use that, then try something that has the salicylic acid in it. It works very well with breakouts.How do you get ride of a break out quick?

and also Visine on a cotton ball hold to zit will take the red out...
id say pro active, clearasil ULTRA... or ask for recomendations at a store or look online for the best
