How do I use bleach to get ride of a food stain on my shirt?

many tell me to use bleach to get rid of the stain but I i know how to get rid of it?


fyi, the stain is orange and the shirt is a white tee made from 100% cotton.How do I use bleach to get ride of a food stain on my shirt?
Spray first with stain remover, leave for 5 mins then soak overnight with sard then wash as normal.

I wouldn't use bleach; sometimes it can turn whites yellow. Try oxyspray.
Try rubbing toothpaste on it. but be sure to use the white toothpaste
