Don't listen to them. Everytime you squeeze pimples with your fingers, you press dirt into it. You need to buy a cheap pimple popper. It's metal and the size of a Q-tip with a loop to press out blackheads and a separate loop for whiteheads. Also, use Aveeno face wash and scrub.
